Erasmus+ Traineeship

An Erasmus+ traineeship allows students and recent graduates to carry out placements in companies and institutions located in 32 countries in Europe.

If you would like to carry out a traineeship at the Jagiellonian University, then:

  • you should contact the coordinator of the institute/unit in which you would like to intern. It is advised to send a request via e-mail, you should include your cv and motivation letter.
  • After you have obtained an initial traineeship offer, you should arrange your training agreement. It has to be signed by all parties (trainee, sending coordinator, coordinator from Jagiellonian University) before the start of the traineeship.

 

Upon your arrival to Kraków, you should visit our office.

All incoming trainees are obliged to register at the university. In order to register, you should bring your travel document (ID or passport) and valid health insurance.

Medicine students who would like to carry out an internship at the University Hospital (or any other hospital in Kraków) should contact the Hospital directly via e-mail.

Please be informed that Jagiellonian University does not provide insurance, nor any allowance to Erasmus+ trainees. However, trainees may apply for a place in our dormitories.
