Accommodation

We offer shared (double) rooms in the Bydgoska C/D, Nawojka, Piast, and Żaczek dormitories.
Informarmation about dormitories:

The information below is dedicated to international students, who participate in the Erasmus+ programme and other semester or annual exchanges.
During the allocation of places we take into consideration the criteria described below:
  • degree of disability – based on declaration and a document confirming the disability,
  • orphanage – based on declaration and a document confirming the orphanage,
  • distance from the university to the place of stay – declaration and a screenshot from Google Maps confirming the distance from the university (ul. Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków) to the place of stay,
  • financial situation – based on a declaration from a student without the need to attach additional documents.
IMPORTANT! Due to the limited number of places available we are unable to provide places for all students.

After finishing the formalities regarding the beginning of your studies at the JU log in to your USOSweb account and go to the Common section tab > Applications > Application for placement in a dormitory in the academic year 2023/2024 (participants of the Erasmus+ programme) and fill in the application.
